Playing With Words

We know one of the key pillars of learning to read is vocabulary development. How can we make vocabulary learning much more dynamic in the classroom by combining text with the arts? Mixing both performance and visual arts, teachers will leave with various ways of teaching vocabulary that move beyond the “look it up in a dictionary” approach.
